SEATTLE ORCAS HOST 2000 FANS AT ICC MEN'S T20 WORLD CUP CRICKET WATCH PARTY
Thousands of cricket loving fans packed Fisher Pavilion at Seattle Center to watch the marquee matchup of India vs. Pakistan
Thousands of cricket fans from around the Seattle region packed the Fisher Pavilion to attend the Seattle Orcas' Official Fan Park for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 India vs. Pakistan Watch Party. The boisterous crowd gathered in downtown Seattle at the West Coast’s only official ICC Fan Park to watch India’s thrilling win over Pakistan in one of the most highly anticipated matches of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024.
"The turnout was incredible and the energy was contagious,” said Hemant Dua, CEO of the Seattle Orcas. “It was a fantastic celebration of cricket and our community in the greater Seattle region. We are pleased to have provided this event for fans to experience the thrill of the game together in a fun, different and loud environment."
The event, which was free and open to the public, featured cricket demonstrations, Seattle Orcas giveaways, music by DJ RDX, a dance performance by Rangeela Dance Company curried vegetable pasties and pies by Premier Meat Pies and Masala Chai from Jaipur Avenue.
The Official Fan Park in Seattle was one of a number of events being hosted around the world for fans looking to follow the World Cup.
